According to Florida State Statute, "Participation in the assessment program is mandatory for all school districts and all students attending public schools, including adult students seeking a standard high school diploma under s. 1003.4282 and students in Department of Juvenile Justice education programs, except as otherwise provided by law"

 

Students in grades 7-11:

Prior to Testing, please read and complete:
computer  Students taking the Computer-Based FSA and EOCs will need to use their school-issued devices for testing. The Testing Profile must be installed on all school-issued computers prior to testing. Please watch: Get Laptop Ready for Testing and complete the Testing Profile Installation prior to testing day.

Per the Florida Department of Education (FDOE), no remote administrations are available for any statewide summative assessments. 

Please note: In an effort to
to observe the CDC Guidelines; therefore, anyone exhibiting signs or symptoms related to COVID-19, has a temperature greater than 100.00*F, or has recently been exposed to a positive COVID-19 case  should not report for testing.

OKES Spring Testing Letter

For all FSA assessments:


-Students will be dropped off at the cafeteria entrance between 9:30-9:55.  Your child will be escorted to their testing locations by OKES staff members. 
-Students will be picked up at the front office at the time indicated on the schedule (listed on the school letter).


All off campus learning families need to complete the following registration form  by March 31,2021 in an effort to assist in planning for a safe and comfortable testing environment for our students. Please read over the FPC High School iFlagler testing letter below for more specific information on the upcoming FSA Writing assessment for 9th and 10th graders.

FPC iFlagler Student Testing Letter

9th and 10th Grade FSA Writing Makeups-
Individual phone calls have been made and emails sent. Please check messages and inbox.

9th and 10th Grade Reading FSA is taking place the first week of May. An email has been sent (on 4-21) to all 9th and 10th grade students with their specific dates, and locations.

Algebra May 10th and 11th at 8:00. Please check into the front office at 7:45 to be notified of your testing location. 

Geometry May 10th and 11th. Some students have been scheduled for the 8:00 start time, others have been scheduled for the 11:30 start time (not to come on campus prior to 11). For your start time, please see your cps email as well as the letter being sent home on 4/26 via USPS.

 

Biology and US History- May 13th- arrive at 7:45
Please check email for your testing location. A letter is also being sent home via USPS.

Algebra Makeups:
Students with Accommodations: 5/20 7:45- in the 100 gym
Students without Accommodations 5/21 7:45- check in at front office
